During a major annual turnaround in Yanbu, BM Cranes mobilized a comprehensive fleet of cranes and certified personnel to handle 24/7 turnaround maintenance and vessel replacements.

Execution & Methodology
- Established an on-site command center with a resident lift planner.
- Pre-assembled rigging gear and certified slings in modular containers.

- Successfully replaced 14 major heat exchangers and 2 reactor heads.
- Completed all lifts 36 hours ahead of the target turnaround schedule.
- Zero HSE incidents reported during peak high-intensity shutdown.
