Project Overview
This project involved the unloading, transport, and foundation setting of a heavy gas turbine unit weighing 380 metric tonnes at the Dammam Power Plant extension site.

Execution & Methodology
- Designed a custom lifting yoke to level the asymmetric turbine weight.
- Utilized hydraulic gantry systems and a 600-tonne crawler crane.
- Performed mock-up runs to test crew synchronization.
Results & Achievements
- Turbine set to 0.1mm alignment accuracy.
- Eliminated structural risks through specialized rigging design.
- Direct commendation from SEC plant manager.
